    Hey guys,

    I need help with attachments. I need to send the ticket attachments in email notification, as email attachment.

    How do I do it.

    Hi John,

    Do you try with a manual notification? With this option an analyst can send an email with attachments. Another option is create a workflow on ITPAM and associate to activity attach doc through a Macro of IT PAM, this workflow of IT PAM you can download the attachment and send it via email.

    Hi @Wicner_Chacon,

    Wouldn't be with manual notification. Unfortunately I don't have ITPAM in my environment to do this. I would need to send an attachment on auto-notification.
