    Hello everyone!

    We wanted to take a moment and remind everyone that you can enter a Support ticket if you believe you have a defect or an issue that you need assistance with.

    We are happy to receive feedback (please keep it coming), but if you have an issue that you need a resolution for or a bug to report, please contact Support. You will receive faster resolution and be able to track the issue more appropriately. Sending it through feedback will add extra steps and delay getting someone to look at the issue/defect in a timely manner.
