  • 1.  Suppress Grloader verbose output to screen

    Since updating Service Desk to RU16 I noticed a behavioral change with grloader.  When I was at RU13, grloader would output a status line every 500 records until it was finished, then display a summary of what was processed.  Now, at RU16, it outputs hundreds to thousands of individual status lines.  Is there a way to suppress this feature?  I already tried refreshing the JARs from RU16 and it did not change the behavior back to "short".  I would prefer the shorter output.  Thank You.

    Rajesh ... I will get back to you soon.  We also had an issue with grloader not logging anything.  Craig Gernale discovered that our grloader.properties file needed to be fixed.  Fixing the properties file may have corrected the issue raised in this topic.  I will do some testing to make sure the vervose output to the command prompt window is no longer occurring.

    Rajesh ... Since fixing our grloader.properties the issue has gone away.  It seems that having a corrupt grloader.properties caused the verbose output.  Scott
