From DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2.1, the user gets locked out after five (default) continuously failed log-in attempts. After the lockout, the user will not be able to log in for the next 600 seconds (10 minutes). Any further unsuccessful login attempt during the lockout period extends the lockout period. Any successful attempt during the lockout period does not grant you access but does not extend the lockout period too
