Service Now Connector returning Id field instead of the display value for some lookups

    We ran into a scenario using connectall that some of the service now lookup API fields return the "Id field" instead of the "display value".  We leveraged a work around with Groovy scripts to translate the information into the display value. Are there any plans to update the Service now connector to automagically bring back the display value so no Groovy would be required? are there other ways to solve for this?

    What does the configuration look like on the field mapping?  Are you using Sync Value Type By Id or By Value?
