Hello Diego, excuse me for not answering you sooner.
We haven't done the update. Our idea is to migrate everything in the current environment, and at the same time install 17.3.21 as new in the 2022 environment.
Once we already have the updated database, then we take it to the new environment, replace it with the new installed base, and configure.
With that it should be up to date, as long as we don't have problems with 2022.
Regards

Hi Sebastian, thanks for your response.
At this moment we don't have any issue. We are in process to upgrade SM r17.1 to r17.3.0.20, but, we want to do it on Windows server 2022 and SQL Server 2022.
We confidence that all process run ok.
Best regards

Hi Guillermo,
Even though Windows Server 2022 is not certified, yet, you should still be able to run SDM on it. At this time we are not aware of any issues with running SDM in this version of windows.
We'll still try to support you as much as we can, until it's determined that the issue is the OS version.
Sebastian

Hi All, I hope you are well
Apparently, Service Management is not certified for Windows Server 2022. Is is true? Can I to install/upgrade SM 17.3.0.20 on Windows Server 2022? Somebody has installed it on W2022? Which are the issues?
Thanks in advance
