Remote Control with Microsoft Surface Pro

Hi,

we have 120 Microsoft Surface Pro machines with Microsoft doc in our environment.

We use this with two 22" Monitors, so we have 3 Monitor's with diff rend resolution attached.

Using Remote control is not really usable.

Sometimes not all Monitors were shown and fit not to screen, sometimes u see like this:

Anybody have the same problems and can agree that?

I would recommend that you open a case with support so the problem can be
investigated.
