Does Identity Manager have a setting to use CBA to connect to exchange online to acquire O365 endpoint?

Microsoft Office 365 connector supports Modern Authentication (Certificate-Based Authentication) in Exchange Online, starting with version 14.4.

I have one additional question; I found this hotfix under Identity Manager version 14.3. Is it means certificate-based authentication supported on version 14.3? The document you have shared mention supported on version 14.4.
