Previous Manager Rights on project

Hi, 

We had a PM assigned to a project. Recently we reassigned this project to another PM. But the Previous PM somehow is getting View access on the project. The Previous PM is not a part of the TEAM also. 
We checked the instance, OBS and Global access also of the user. We did not find any rights assigned to view/edit the project to the Previous PM

Any Advise will be much appreciated.

Is the previous PM the collaboration manager ot participant?

The Previous PM is not the Collaboration manager, also we also removed him from participants.

Can you check the Project > Access to this Project > Full View - maybe it is from some group?
