Check the status of the JDE ID in JDE itself and make sure it did not get disabled.
Does the same JDE connect object work for other jobs?
If not, check the ID/PW in the connections.
If it does, check the environment and role settings for the job. Make sure the ID has correct access to the Role and Environment.
