Jaspersoft Report Designer how to create a link to Idea or Project in report using system settings?

I'm trying to create a report in Jaspersoft Report Designer based on a query. The users want a link to the Idea or Project in the report result. How do I pull the system address from the system in order to have it allow for me to publish the report to the non-Prod environment and then to the Prod environment and have the links work?

you don't need to put all the address in the link.

You can put only :    "../niku/nu#action:pma.ideaProperties&id="...
