Jaspersoft, error after upgrade from 7.8 to 8.1

Hello, yesterday I upgraded the first environment at our customer, Clarity from 16.0.3 to 16.1.2 and Jaspersoft from 7.8 to 8.1. Jaspersoft runs on a seperate server under Windows Server 2016, database is MS SQL Server 2019.
Except of 2 custom reports all other reports running fine. But for the 2 failing we get error "Auf dem Server ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es erneut, oder wenden Sie sich an die Siteadministratoren."
In jasperserver.log (attached) at the beginning 18 times the error:

2023-06-02T09:05:26,091 ERROR JSControlledJdbcQueryExecuter,http-nio-8080-exec-1:179 [] - exception occured while setting queries to reportContext net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Parameter "REPORT_CONTEXT" does not exist.

Actions so far: recompiled main and all subreports, no change.

Problem was related to a change in properties.xml, that a new webServerInstance id="ppmbroker" was introduced to 16.1.2, and we try to extract the hostname (entryUrl) in a report from what is stored in CMN_CONFIG to jump from a report into Clarity.
