    Hi Experts,

    Customer having an intermittent issue with O365 connector. Below error prompted when any update is made by O365 out of the box connector.

    Appreciate any kind advise.

    A couple of things to verify - if these do not seem to resolve the original problem then a support case might be needed

    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=239343 - generic information about the O365 and troubleshooting steps

    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=9038 - this one is related to the administrator credentials. However if not observed all the time, most likely not the actual cause

    If a Support case is still required, please ensure to enable endpoint logging (all severity types, including info, logged to a text file) and attach the relevant logs to the support case:
    - etatrans.log
    - jcs_daily.log
    - endpoint log
    From when this error is reproduced.

    Thank you for your advice. 
    We have run the command based on the KB you have shared. We are not able to run the Import-Module MSOnline
    Below screenshot for your reference.

    Can you please run the following command to check whether it is installed? So far, the indication (from your screenshot) shows it is installed.

    We can see it is installed. Below screenshot for your reference.

    The issue happened intermittently, and we are not able to reproduce the issue to collect the log. Do you have any suggestion on how to proceed?

    Do you have only one Connector server used in this environment? Is it always failing with the same CS?
    If more than one, was the above process followed on each CS?
