A couple of things to verify - if these do not seem to resolve the original problem then a support case might be needed

https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=9038 - this one is related to the administrator credentials. However if not observed all the time, most likely not the actual cause
If a Support case is still required, please ensure to enable endpoint logging (all severity types, including info, logged to a text file) and attach the relevant logs to the support case:
- etatrans.log
- jcs_daily.log
- endpoint log
From when this error is reproduced.
