how to change properties form on the basis of category selection?

You must go to 

Administrator tab > Service Desk > Request/inicident/problems > Area

 

Choose one category or create one.

 

On category detail form > General tab > Propriets tab

 

You must add properties values, when you choose one category the form is change.
