    Hi Supports,

    Based on this KB, it advised to access the PAM from web browser in order to accept the license agreement. However, we have an issue to access it with below error


    Did refer to this KB, but the resolution is based on clustering. Customer current environment is not based on clustering. Please help, how we can rectify this issue.

    Hi Atifah,

    Where is this CA PAM hosted (AWS/EXS/Azure)
    During the deployment, did you have any network disturbance?
    If this CA PAM server has not been used any time, I would recommend deleting this and doing a re-deployment making sure that you provide the proper Gateway, DNS, and IP address.
