  • 1.  Enrollment Fails on API Gateway with the API Portal

    Hi 

    We are facing a below issue to enroll the API Gateway with API Portal from the task menu Extensions and Add-Ons, Enroll with Portal,

    "Unable to enroll: RESTMAN failed with result: <class com.l7tech.policy.assertion.AssertionStatus: 601=INFO:Error in Assertion Processing>, httpStatus: 0, body:"

    We also tried Failed Gateway Deployment by clean up the API Gateway and Portal but again facing the same issue.

    If you have not already, please open a support case with Broadcom support so that they can gather more information to assist with this issue.

    Hi Greg Thompson,

    Thanks for the reply. The Issue has been solved.

    It was the new integration with API Gateway 10.1 and Portal 5.1

    As we tried the Un-enroll and Re-enroll the API Gateway with API Portal, we faced an Enrollment Fails issue.

    And, we have tried the steps given in this below knowledge article,

    there they have mentioned "DO NOT RESTART THE GATEWAY SERVICE YET. The doc says you have to, it is wrong, and this was confirmed by dev."

    but, after restarting the gateway only we are able to enroll the portal successfully.
