Hello Everyone,
In the not so distant past, we made available an experimental feature within Rally that allowed a user the ability to "Expand All" work items in various locations throughout the platform. Most prominently, this was seen on the Iteration Status page (as well other work item tables) and was enabled for a small group of trial accounts and subscriptions.
While we all agree that this sounds amazing, the truth is that it has been fraught with errors and upon review, is in need of a different implementation strategy altogether. Therefore, we are no longer going to support this experimental feature. All users that were included in the trial group will have the feature removed on Friday June 24, 2022.
While this only effects a very small number of customers, we would still like to be transparent to our user base about changes to our platform. For those that it does affect, we have filed a "Request for Enhancement" and added it to our product backlog so that it can be prioritized for consideration in the future.
