    Hi, 

    We have developed a Report showing the following information:

    The Tasks Dashboard shows all Pending Approval Tasks with Portal Request ID, Parent Task ID (Bulk Requests),
    Child Task ID, Task Name, Task Creation Time, Task Updated Time, Requester User, Target User

    We plan to add additional reports like these. Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hi @Ranganath Vinjamuri, this report looks good which can be useful for Admins from Portal UI.

    You might have thought about it but if not, may be following small enhancements can be made in the current report which can add some more value.

    1. Feature to export the searched report in PDF/CSV/Excel format.
    2. Having a date filter so that a certain time period's data can be searched upon.
    3. In case of access request workflow approval model:
      1. additional column for 'Last Approved By'.
      2. and 'Currently Pending With' column may also help.

    Hi Sumeet, 

    Thanks for your review and suggestions.

    We have added the Export to CSV Functionality. 

    We have also added couple of new Dashboards. 

    The Pending Approvals Dashboard will show the "Currently Pending with" requirement.

    We plan to add the Application Entitlement that the user has requested in the Access Catalog to this Dashboard.

    Pending Approval by Approval User<o:p></o:p>

    <o:p> </o:p>

    This Dashboard shows Pending Approval Tasks with Task ID, Action Type, Approval Type,  Approval User and an Approval Link.<o:p></o:p>

    User can  approve a single task by using the Approval link. <o:p></o:p>

    User can also export the dashboard results by clicking on the "Export to CSV" button<o:p></o:p>

    Team Member workload<o:p></o:p>

    <o:p> </o:p>

    This Dashboards shows a rollup count of the Pending Approval Tasks by Approver<o:p></o:p>

    We will add the missing requirements to our backlog.
