Configure oracle probe

Hi Everyone, I have 30 server in monitoring with oracle probe. This probe is deployed in each server, the monitoring is locall. Te version probe is 5.45

But I can't monitoring a server for some reason, i can't found what is the problem...

This is the error:

We validated the env variables of oracle, the permission of the user, etc...

Some sugerence ?

Check the MEGAP entry in the tnsnames.ora file. There is probably an error in there.

Hi Everyone, we resolved this problem establishing the configuration like this on the connect at the oracle probe

(DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 172.26.33.30)(PORT = 1191))(CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED)(SERVICE_NAME = MEGAP.DOMAIN.LOCAL)))

Check Oracle's environment variables and also check that the user has enough permits
