Communication error between API and FTP servers

Hi Experts,

Customers experience an issue between API and FTP servers. The SSH connections will stall before it fails. Customer noticed there is SSL handshake errors in the logs. Should we import the SSL certificate on the FTP servers, like HTTP queries?

Currently, customer run v10.1 GA. Are there any known issues/fixes in CR1 or CR2?
