Clarification on a Rally report - PI Dashboard (SAFE DELIVERY METRICS)

Hi Team,
This is my first post. So kindly guide me if I miss something. 

I am using Rally Application from my organization. Using the report "SAFE DELIVERY METRICS" from Rally - Reports - PI Dashboard.
I could not understand the "Planned Points" values. 
Could you please let me know where the value is coming from ?

This appears to be a custom app that may have been deployed to your workspace.  Details for this app can be found in the README here: GitHub - RallyTechServices/SAFe-delivery-metrics: An app to show delivery metrics for teams and for a given PI.

In there it states that the Planned Points represent the number of points associated with the iteration at the number of days offset from the Iteration (see Days Offset from Iteration App Setting).
