    Hi,
    in a CA Service Management environment (17.3 RU17) searching for the word Dienste gives different results if you compare between KnowledgeSearch in SDM-GUI, xFlow-Search and ServicePoint-Search. We get 3 different results.

    I already tried
    pdm_k_reindex on SDM-Server followed by 
    pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat on Searchserver and
    restarting of searchserver-service

    It did not change the behavior.

    Does anybody have any idea for it. 
    In the past there already have been fixes for it but it does not work again.

    I also tried to delete ..elasticsearch-7.16.2\data\nodes\0\indices and created it new via pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat.

    Results still different
