Autosys starting condition Activated

Is there a way to set starting condition of Activated?    I only want my dependency to run if the job is success or in activated status.

Not directly. We've had to assign the output of autostatus -j <job_name> to a global variable via a script and then add V(global_variable) = ACTIVATED at the job level.
