Hi Community,
We have created Alert notification in APM for response time of the application. We have given 3 seconds in the danger threshold to trigger an alarm. Hence,
When the danger threshold is breached then the alarm gets created in Spectrum but when the threshold value is less than the actual danger value then the alarm is not getting clearing in Spectrum. Please suggest us how to clear the alarm so that we can close the associated ticket in Servicedesk with in the SLA?
