    Hi PAM Team,

I have 2 question on PAM Cluster environment:

    Version:
    CA PAM 4.0.1

    Question:
    1:
    Primary : PAM1
    Secondary : PAM2

We can set Email Address in [Configuration]->[Email Settings].
This Email address is be synced.
    It is correct isn't it?

    2:
We can set primary Site Host Name for "One-Click Approval email" in [Settings]->[Credential Manager]->[Email Templates].
If PAM1 IP address is set in the field and PAM1 is failed over and PAM2 is started, the fuature(One-Click Approval email) is not working
because the value(PAM1 IP address) is synced.
    It is correct, isn't it?

    Best regrads,
    Marubun

Hello, settings with the globe symbol are synchronized across the cluster, and this page has the globe symbol. Are you observing a problem? The only email address you can configure on the page is the From address. PAM servers don't have an email account, you can choose whatever you want as From address and it should work from any PAM node. What problem are you observing? Also, in a PAM cluster all nodes are active. There is no failover from one node to another.

There was a follow-up question on the absence of the globe symbol on the Settings > Credential Manager > Email Templates page. The globe symbol is used on Configuration pages only. Credential Manager settings always are global. The Settings > Credential Manager page is not even available on secondary site nodes.
