Would you post the entire section of the XML that shows more context for those values?
Also, please give the corresponding section of the connector code that you are having problems with

Hi Mitch the values are as follows.

  <Other>New</Other></Field>
  <Other>Active</Other></Field>
  <Other>Resolved</Other></Field>
  <Other>Closed</Other></Field>
  <Other>New</Other></Field>

What are the values of State in your version of VSTS or TFS?
