BTW I recommended PAM process goes back and downloads SNOW attachment to a temp folder and then uploads it to the target app.

Im looking at your sample now. my Client wants to have SNOW call PAM and include its attachment as BASE64 in XML. I said I thought its a bad idea as performance and runtime db could be affected.
They did ask what the intention of the the 'attachment element' in ExecuteProcess was?
