Hello,
in the past some people try to forward information from APM Introscope to ServiceNow.
We use a simple script to update the resource (the JVMs) status in ServiceNow to give the customers an easy to use overview.
The status information of the resources in APM Introscope (the java agent "ConnectionStatus") is forwarded directly to the ServiceNow and assigned to
the respective resources.
I append the used scripts and a sample module, see below.
