To be clear: you have to either

uncomment (remove the '#' in front of) httpheaderdecorator.pbd and bizrecording.pbd in default-typical.pbd (or <app_server>-(default|typical).pbl) - whichever you are using, check property introscope.autoprobe.directivesFile in IntroscopeAgent.profile - or
manually add httpheaderdecorator.pbd and bizrecording.pbd to the property introscope.autoprobe.directivesFile in IntroscopeAgent.profile

I prefer the first approach. I also put all custom pbds in a custom.pbl (or <app_name>.pbl) and only add that to introscope.autoprobe.directivesFile.
