PAM can be integrated with several Service Desk Applictions: CA Service Desk, HP Service Manager, Remedy, ServiceNow and Salesforce Service Cloud. The attached document explains how to do so.
I just saw this. I'm not sure what you mean by just in time policies. Please open a ticket and provide the specifics.
