Symantec IGA

In order to manage provisioning roles created outside of IM Server either one of two things need to occur:

1) enable the create provisioning role notification from the IM Prov Server
OR
2) manually execute the Reset Provisioning Role Owners task which will start the administrative mgmt context in IM.  Once an owner policy is created you can set up administrator policies to complete the administrative mgmt context via Modify Provisioning Role.
