General Availability Announcement for CA Privileged Identity Manager 12.9 SP1
although it's appear not question rather than problem inside the product mechanism, as the installer identify that version 220.127.116.110 to be newer than 18.104.22.1682 , but as your advice , i will open new question for that

when i try to upgrade my PIM 12.9 into PIM 12.9 sp1 ,, i ran the install_EntM.bin -i console (while all the PIM 12.9.0 running and jboss running too)
i have received the following message:
This setup installs CA Privileged Identity Manager Enterprise Server version
22.214.171.1242. However, a newer version, 126.96.36.1990, is already installed, and
cannot be downgraded. Setup will now quit.
how is that ? and how to correct this , because i need to upgrade , not uninstall and then reinstall again.
