This document has a long history. I first saw the original version when taking APM 3.3 training in 2006. I thought it was a wonderful document supplement!!! The author did a version when 9.x came out and moved on to other things. Knowing its value, I have tried to find it an official home and owner ever since. After various years of trying, it will be linked "as is" to the 9.7 documentation.
I would love someone to maintain and update the documentation. But my multi-year mission of getting this out in the public eye is happily completed

You may want to updates the links in the document. They still reference the very old "wilytech" site.
