If your Orchestrator does not have internet access clicking the "Browse Out of the Box Content" on the home screen will error.
Please download the Predefined content attached and import into your library as normal.
There has been no change at all, and there is not a way to check this if there were to be a change. However, if there were to be a change in the Process Automation out of the box content, this would be documented.
The out of the box content is there for reference/how to, and not meant to be used as production content.
Are you asking about the Process Automation out of the box content (the link on the Process Automation home page for "Browse Out-of-the-Box Content" and in the Library as "PAM_PreDefinedContent" or are you asking about other content packaged for the integrations with another product?

I mean, there are any place/file/something where we can check the change history between the out-of-the-box-contents every time the package is updated?
