If you would like a vApp machine on Amazon AWS, please open a ticket with CA Support with this information pre-filled out:
1) AWS account ID
2) Verification you are already a vApp customer
3) Request a “AWS Vapp access" case be opened with engineering
4) Region where you would like the AMI to be located. (Amazons Regions Ref: Regions and Availability Zones - Amazon Relational Database Service )
