    Hi All,

I am doing Jaspersoft installation 6.1.0 in our PPM14.3. (Not upgrade). Made changes in CSA as per the organization name in jasper console. Then created keystore and placed in the Tomcat folder.

Then i imported the content using the command admin content-jaspersoft csk -userName superuser -password <password>

    But am getting below error.

    Hi Agin,

Did you had any organization before in jasper console, was the keystore creation was successful.

It was showing a default organization name: 'Organization' in the jasper console. Hence I edited the organization name to my client name.

I have changed the organization name in the console by:

Manage --> Organizations  then click on Edit button and changed the name. Then save the same.

Keystore creation was successful and placed those file in Jaspersoft Tomcat folder also.

Thanks Suman for your continuous support on this.

    Thanks,

    Agin

    Hi Agin,

You should never edit the organization name in Jasper console, can you delete the organization name from Jasperconsole, delete the key store. Now key in the organization name in CSA and generate the key store and then import the content.

    Hi Agin,

The problem is happening because jaspersoft was already installed and reference is left at database

go to cmn_install_history and delete the row where install_id = contentPack::csk::jaspersoft

    and then import again

    Thanks Suman.

But i have already deleted the reference by running this sql code: delete from cmn_install_history where install_id = 'contentPack::csk::jaspersoft'. before recreating the keystore.

    Thanks,

    Agin

    Hi Agin,

Looks like the way your renamed the organization caused the problem, try below steps

    1. Delete the organization from jasper console

    2. Delete the key store

    3. Delete from cmn_install table

    4. Fill in the organization name in CSA

    5. Generate the key store

    6. Copy the keystore to jasper server

    7. Import the content.

Let me know how it goes

    Hi Suman,

I have already executed the above  steps. After deletion of the organization, in jasperconsole am getting the root. (attached screenshot in the above post).

Then deleted the keystore from Application server and jasper reporting server.

Then executed the sql code to delete the table content using (delete from cmn_install_history where install_id = 'contentPack::csk::jaspersoft')

Filled the organization name as 'root' and organization id as 'organizations' (can be seen in the screenshot).

Then i generated keystore in Application server.then copied the .jks and .properties files to reporting server tomcat folder.

After that i imported the content. At that time, i got the error.

    Thanks,

    Agin.

    This problem is now resolved.

The organization name trying to be used was: organizations.

Suggested using a different name, since that parameter existed in Jaspersoft

    ***

$./admin content-jaspersoft csk -userName superuser -password superuser

    Content File Name  jaspersoft_csk.zip

    Logging into server ... http://***********************/reportservice

    Getting tenant information... organizations

    Creating new tenant... organizations

    Tenant already exists code:tenant.already.exists  parameter:organizations

    Content import failed..

    ***

Jaspersoft was at the end reinstalled.
