    Problem:

     

    During configuration of LDAP with CABI 4.1, customer can run into the following error:

     

    Account information not recognized: Invalid username or password. If your account is under any root other than dc=corp you must enter your DN. (FWB 00007) 

     

     

    Environment: 

     

    CABI 4.1

    Spectrum 10.x

     

    Cause:

     

    This can happen if the The "User Name" attribute mappings is configured to the "Full Name" attribute instead of the "User ID" attribute in your LDAP server.
