We have performed an upgrade from Jasper 6.3.0 to 6.4.2.
The previous version was using SSL and so is this one - I have a secure certificate
The Spectrum integration has not been "re-done"; I simply wanted to validate I could access Jasper before moving forward.
We are unable to login - the Login button is gray.
The wiki doesn't provide much information for validation except to validate the version is 6.4.2 and the install completed successfully.
Using Chrome and Firefox and IE11.
Tried the following per support to no avail: The login button is greyed out or the content page - CA Knowledge
