  • 1.  The host could not open the desktop of the current user

    Hi All

    Getting this error "The host could not open the desktop of the current user" on one server.
    Others on the same segment are working
    Tried uninstalling RC and redeploying from ITCM
    CAFping and CAMping is working o both sides

    Details of Environment:

    DM - 2012r2 -DSMr1402
    SS (ENC) - 2012STD -DSM r1402
    agent - Server2016 (1607) - DSMr1402

    Any ideas or guidance to resolve this?

    Have attached screenshot and logs

    Make sure to have T5SM179 installed on the Agent. If you don't have it please open a support issue to request.

    Actually, I am from Support in South Africa. Been stuck on this so posted here.
