Problem:
When enabling the integration between Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) and CA Business Intelligence (CABI) it fails to succeed and an exception is seen in the tomcat log. The tomcat logs are located in $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs.
Windows: stdout.log
Linux/Solaris: catalina.out
Exception seen:
- CrystalReportDAO.updateReportLogonCredentials:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.crystaldecisions.xml.serialization.SaveOption.setSaveAsLegacyCR(Z)V
