  • 1.  did'nt work autosys schaduler and license

    Hi.
    I forgot to apply the license in Autosys (11.3.6) after migration from autosys 4.5 to 11.3.6 and I have not been applied the licese. (ca.olf under /opt/CA/ca iic).


    Actually There has been a problem with the autosys server approximately every two or three weeks. (since 2-3 month)

     

    The problem is that the job does not have to be scheduled, even though there is work to be done.

    If a problem occurs, restart the autosys service (scheduler and eventor) and fix it.

     

     

    Is there any possibility that unlicensing is causing this problem?

     

    Of course, I have  applied the license just now I had previously issued.

    Hi,

     

    If you are getting the below message:

     

    CAUAJM_W_90016 CA WAAE [2WAA] - Component not licensed. Please contact your account representative to obtain a new license.

     

    Please open a new case to ask for WAAE licence and provide the product version and the hostname with

    Product Code: GLOBAL SERVICE CENTER 

    Component :GLOBAL SERVICE CENTER ALPKEY

     

    You will receive the license ca.olf file with the installation stpes.

     

    if the problem remains after install the license.

    you need to open a new case and provide the WAAE logs for investigation.
