  • 1.  Lookback API timeout errors?

    Around August 30, one of our custom apps started returning an error.  The app uses the Lookback API, and it appears that these queries started timing out on that date.  It is intermittent: if you retry several times, you'll eventually get a response.  We have opened a support ticket with Broadcom, but I'm curious if any other subscriptions are seeing this?

    Edit: I just reread your post where you do say you have an open case

    I feel like one of our support engineers is working with you on something around this.  Are you just looking for input from the general community to see if they're experiencing issues too?
