  • 1.  We have clarity 13.1 and integrated with MSP but not able to change the scheduler path in NSA.

    Example:-We are change the set up in MSP and able upload the plan and not able to down load project plan. Same URL is not able to update in NSA, getting error as not valid URL.

    Are you using SSO? If so, please see if this KB helps: http://www.ca.com/us/support/ca-support-online/product-content/knowledgebase-articles/tec525562.aspx .

     

    A few other things you can check:

    1. Check the Scheduler Entry URL to make sure there are no spaces before or after the URL. 

    2. If you are using a port # aside from the default (IE 80 for http), then the port # would have to also be added to the URL. Example: http://clarityproduction.com:8080
