How can I look at the previous month's SLA history report? Tries all the options and fails.

I think accessing SLA history is one of the 20.3 issues that is not addressed in 20.3.3. I am still unable to do so as well.

SLA History option shall be reintroduced with upcoming UIM 20.4.
