Data partition - Restrict tickets view

    Hello,

    Right now i only have TI using SDM and now other area is going to use it to create work on tickets.

    But i want to restrict that other areas so they can't see TI tickets even if they have the number. Which restriction can i set on a data partition?

    Is this a multi-tenancy requirement (two separate organizations using the same physical SDM infrastructure)?

    Also, I am not sure what "TI" means.

    No, it's not a multi-tenancy requirement. 

    I mean IT* departament.

    Hi Jason,

    You can simply restrict the view based on category, i.e. Incident/Problem/Request Area. So you would allow IT group to only see tickets that belong to specific categories/areas or groups even. Same applies to the other 'organization', they would would only see/view tickets that belong to their area/group

    Hola Jason, si no planeas usar multitenant. Te será útil crear una tabla adicional. Ejemplo:
    zArea la cual contenga los siguientes campos:
    - id
    - nombre
    Seguido puedes agregar cómo Columna a la tabla pcat (prob_category) y en la tabla cnt el campo zArea SREL zArea

    Para finalizar crear una restricción cómo sigue:
    Tipo view
    Tabla Call_Req
    Criterio category.zArea = @root.id.zArea ​​
