    Hi everyone,

    I am working with CA Service Desk release 17, and I need that tickets that are closed or canceled, cant be edited.

    Is there a way to configure it in CA SDM in options manager? or another way?

    I will be very grateful for your help.

    You can use data partition update an pre update constrains

    check out the option edit_inactive (Options Manager)

In advanced availability configuration, you can install or uninstall an option only from the background server. You can view the options and the descriptions from the application server.
