DP Constraint for request workflows

Hi

I have below constraint added in DP so that no one can update workflow task other than assignee or group. but i want to give privilege to one specific  group & one specific user so that group memebr & user can also update any wf task..

i have added below contraint and save successfully but  they are not able to edit . Please Advise

OR (group = U'ADBF4F69B922E942894B913D798B39D7') OR assignee = U'36F91105BE7ECB49BDF4F047292FD106'

Why not create a role that does not have that DP constraint and give the limited set of users access to that role?
