SLA time consumed

Hi everyone,

I'm working with CABI version 4.1, and we need to create a raporte with the following Expiration Time field.

 

 

How obtaining this field from Web Intelligence rich client? and how create the function ?

I am creating the report in Web Intelligence rich client.

Hi Marco,

 

This need can be solved by adding the Atev object to the Universe.

For that you have to use the Universe Designer tool.

You have to add a Where Clause to the cr table to make the join.

Do not forget to check if database index are optimized for the query of the CABI report.
