Ideas review

Last month i had a meeting with CarolPiccus regarding the next release of Service Management and she said that from now on, she will review new and old submitted Ideas to do a clean up and keep us more informed about their status.

 

We were a lot to ask for a better internal process at CA regarding ideas.

 

As you can see, she's doing exactly what we asked.

 

So it's a simple post to thank her for keeping her word, and thank CA for listening to us.
