User can see projects in Project Tiles, but not in the Grid layout

Hello,

In New UI I have a user who is able to see program/projects in Programs/Projects Tiles, but when he goes to Programs/Projects in the Grid layout nothing is coming.

I noticed that the filter icon is missing and under Saved Views there is nothing to be selected. I switch between Board and Grid and no effects.

My expectation is as the user has access to see projects and programs in Tiles, they should be visible to him in the Grid layout as well.

Chrome. We logged as the user and the issue persists. Barely believe the browser has anything to do with it.

Have you verified the project rights the user has?

If this is impacting only specific users, check if they have both of these access rights.

User has these access rights.

@Legacy User Browser caches were cleared in the first place.

Possibly a stupid suggestion here, but did you get them to clear their browser cache?
